The font of the timtara logo shows us as fresh, friendly and approachable. The colour magenta adds novelty and warmth to our brand.The colour cyan symbolizes our fresh perspective to DELIGHT.
The 'star and the orbit' in our logo represents our desire and commitment to stretch ourselves and go beyond the easy ways in our journey to excel in quality and DELIGHT.

Our Family
The youngest member in our family is 21 years old. He is a member in our Data Analysis team. The oldest member in our family is 63 years old. He is a member in our General Administration.
But we all share a common quality - the passion and commitment to achieve our vision and mission.

The Chief Customer Officer
We do not talk about our customer focus just for lip service. We practice it every day and every moment.
The Chief Customer Officer (CCO) is like an advocate for the customers inside our organization. He makes sure that service and quality promises are delivered. Sometimes we fail to deliver. But then we have a "service recovery process" through which we try to correct the situation with minimum inconvenience to the customer.
