If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, your entire amount will be refunded. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
2. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where wrong product is dispatched to you or any manufacturing defect found , do follow the following procedure.
a) Mail the details regarding your product to customerfirst@timtara.com within 48 hrs
b) Customer care executive will arrange for reverse pick up within 2-3 days
c) Your final product will be dispatched within next 10-15 days after the returned product will reach to us.
