Membership Eligibility

Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellation from user side is accepted before shipment. And once we have shipped then it will be governed by our return policy.

Delivery problem

In order to guarantee you flawless service quality, timtara.com promises to do its best and it is easy to resolve delivery problems in a well-timed manner. To make sure that problem does not our courier person will always call before 3-4 hours of making a delivery attempt. If it happens when no one is present at the address to accept the delivery; then our courier person will leave a miss you card in your post box. Second attempt will be made in next 48 hours.

Credit Card Details

We would advice you to use your own credit card while transacting with timtara. In case, any credit card fraud happens the liability and the responsibility to prove otherwise shall be solely on the user and the order will be cancelled.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

We offer you manufacturer warranty on our products.
